We chat through mental health for men in a broader context, which is an area Stanley has been tackling actively through his own content. Mortality is ultimately a scary aspect, but by the end of the episode we had gathered that it should be much easier to navigate than we make it. David talks us through what this quote means to him in his day to day and how he's made his peace with the idea of a ticking clock. 

Chaos can feel like a mental prison, and we don't always know how to escape it. On this episode, Lerato shares a little about how she broke herself free, and the day-to-day challenge of trying to maintain the peace she has since found within her environment, interactions and thoughts.
