This weeks episode was recorded on the outskirts of Copenhagen at a small-scale regenerative farm called the Farm of Ideas. I spoke to growers Sidsel and Rosanna about their unpredictable journeys into growing, the issues with fine dining, and forging new identities as female growers amongst many other things.

In this weeks episode I spoke to Sarah and Chris from @wearegrow about both their respective journeys into growing and the amazing Charity, GROW.
Our conversations covered everything from the barriers in growing careers (unpaid traineeships/ volunteering) that prevent the diversification of the sector and how these can be dismantled, how farms and schools can work together, and why sustainable food growing ought to be treated as seriously as any other school subject (irrespective of an individuals access to land).

The first ever episode of Farming For the Future was recorded at Fern Verrow, a 16-acre biodynamic farm in Wales, which was founded by Jane Scotter. In this episode I talk to Jane and her amazing (all-female) team of growers about their respective journeys into becoming growers.
