    Fasting

I have been stepping away from technology. 2020 is just so dang heavy and every time I think we are going to get a break... we don't or maybe we are.. maybe we are in the midst of the biggest blessing yet, I don't know. but what I do know is that it was too much for my flesh.   so here I am encouraging you.. if you feel like life is too heavy and you are at the end of your rope in the flesh here is your challenge, here is how to tap in..     The Celebration of Halloween & Being a Christian

    welp, here goes nothing... Today's episode took a lot of courage on both parts.  However, we believe it is a topic that needs more light shed on it and the goal here is to simply educate and empower.  What you do with this information is strictly on you and we are in no position to judge regardless.  There is so much history, so much depth, so many lies here but we as christians should only focus on our one common goal & lift each other up in love!     Peeling Back the Truth to Wellness: Kaylyn's Story

    Today-- is a big one.  I am not even gonna lie.  It was an episode that we fought months about how we were going to record it, what all we were going to say, and fear of being shunned by friends and even some family.  The truth is once you come to this revelation and get off the fence on this topic in particular it is actually quiet lonely.  Not only are you viewed as a second class citizen but you also have some of our American privileges and rights taken away... We do not sit on a throne of judgment.
