I was too busy trying all the wrong things—calorie restriction, high-intensity interval training, boot camps, keto, paleo, no carb, no sugar... you name it, I did it! No wonder I thought it took too much time. I was focused on all the wrong things that don’t produce results.

It wasn’t until I discovered a smarter approach to nutrition and exercise—choosing the right foods and workouts that fit my lifestyle perfectly—that I realized I could achieve my health goals without sacrificing all my time and energy.
