Fat Outta Hell

This podcast has become a highlight of my day. Listening to it has helped me identify ways I have been taught to dislike myself and work through those issues. It is an enlightening and affirming show that is a healing balm so many of us need in our lives. Loving this podcast and can of recommend it enough!

I adore this group, and I adore this podcast. I look forward to every new episode probably more than most things in my life. Nothing makes me feel more seen than hearing their experiences, their frustrations, and their joy in just existing. I'm finding only one problem: It sounds like one person is really up on their mic, because I hear what sounds like breathing from time to time and it's been distracting me from the conversation whenever it happens. Otherwise, it's an amazing time and I appreciate the incredible effort it takes to put one of these together. Thank you, seriously.

Fat Chat is an excellent resource for fat people as well as those who want to know more about our struggle. They choose their guests and topics well, and work hard to make things understandable across all body types. They’ll also go in hard on certain injustices and stigmas, so it’s not all fun and games. It’s a lovely podcast and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Listening to Fat Chat is like hanging out with three of my coolest, smartest, funniest friends--but at the same time learning a ton about internalized fat-phobia and fat shaming, and how to advocate for folx in marginalized bodies. And also what kinds of fat to cook with, which is very important. Keep up the good work!!
