I would recommend this to any one that is currently playing/coaching or has played/coached. There is always more to learn and they bring a lot of new information to light while also speaking on such relatable things as well!

I truly enjoy this podcast, and would highly recommend to young talent and even retired vets. Not very often we focus on how to maximize performance both physically and mentally. The messaging is necessary for athletes looking to develop strong mental and physically prowess.

I wish I would’ve had resources like this when I was growing up, playing the game as a youth. Armando and his team do a really good job interviewing some great professionals in their field, giving all types of perspectives on how to become the best footballer and best all-around athlete possible!
