    Part 1: Self-Love Begins With Self-Awareness

    Self-love has been turned into confidence, motivation, discipline, and aesthetics — but that's not where it actually begins. In Season 2 Part 1 of the Self-Love Series, we're talking about the most important relationship you'll ever have: the relationship you have with yourself. Most of us were never taught how to build that relationship. So we learned how to perform instead of how to be present. How to please instead of how to listen. How to look outward instead of inward.
