I’ve been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis since 2020. That brought the fear for my life and my mortality. i cried and wept until I realized that God gave me an opportunity. An opportunity to share what I’ve used to help my day and my life. I have loved helping others find their own personal productivity journey.
There are many wonderful podcasts, books, and channels that are great at this important area of life. I came to the realization that my voice is unique (should have already known this LOL). I’m a fifty (plus) year old, African American, with a progressive disease, and from another country. I’ve been honored to speak at organizations, produce theatre performances, and serve in leadership roles. My focus is to get the stuff that I know out of my head. I don’t own it. God has given me an amazing ability to let it out of my brain. Loving everything in this life and showing grace to others, allows me to be as productive and effective as possible.

How did Wolverine save my childhood?

How did Wolverine save my childhood?

I was bullied incessantly and at any moment felt like I could burst and go berserk (Wolverine's greatest fear). I know this episode is a departure from my typical topics, but I wish to give you some insight into why productivity and having a modicum of self-discipline are important for my life.
