Evolve Benton, MA, MFA is a speaker, educator and curator who inspires audiences to think about questions of performance, diversity, inclusion, transformation, climate, and equality. They are the founder of MAR Media, LLC, through which they offer services as an Educational Consultant and their online educational platform called Speaking 4 Profit Academy. Evolve's goal is help 5000 underrepresented speakers and trainers make 6-7 figures from speaking in the next 5 years. In this episode Evolve shares how she dealt with fear of failure while building her business. We also dive into her circumstances of being African American & LGBT and what she did to deal with it and continue to up-level her life.
