    Do you need the Fire of God?

    Every fire needs wood and ignition source to start and continue the flames. Fire produce warmth and heat. Fire is known to purify. When the flames of fire began to die down, you have two choices: put another log in or to let the fire burn out. The same is true for your walk with Christ. You have to choose to stay hot or you can choose to remain lukewarm. Christ has something to say about lukewarmness. ‘So because you are lukewarm (spiritually useless), and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of My mouth [rejecting you with disgust]. - Revelation 3:16 AMP Safe to say that being lukewarm is disgusting to our Savior..if he wants to vomit. No one would choose lukewarm food or drink. So why choose to stay in that temperature spiritually? I have this revelation the other day. September means Sept(Seven) ember (fragment from the fire) Seven means completion in the Word. Let this be the month you receive the complete fire of God to help save the lost and dying world. If we all put a log in the fire, then the church will burn again with the presence of the Holy Spirit, and illuminate the light of Christ. “You are the light of [Christ to] the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; - Matthew 5:14 AMP So let’s turn up the HEAT!!!! over the next 40 days! Thank you for coming to the table.     Re-War-ded (There is Plunder After War)

    My Grandmother gave me this box of yellow verse card over 30 years ago that I pulled on Sunday. God Directs Every War for His Purposes. God had to change the direction of the Israelites because the idea of war would have caused them to return to Egypt. If I were the Israelites, I would have been ready to change my mind too, due to the fact that I am leaving bondage and slavery…and now God, you want me to fight? I might as well go back to what “feels’’ good. Have you returned to the familiar before? Every spiritual battle in your life is under the direction and care of your Heavenly Father. He knows that battles belong to him, but throughout Scripture, you see that God’s people had to participate in the battle. God would remind them to be Strong and not fear because he was with them. The same is true for us. He has given you His Son, His Spirit and His Armor so we are well equipped for whatever battle comes our way. Then it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that God did not lead them [by] way of the land of the Philistines, although that [was] near; for God said, “Lest perhaps the people change their minds when they see war, and return to Egypt.” - Exodus 13:17 NKJV When you think of war, what immediately comes to mind? God Gave Them The Plunder Before The Victory! “But every woman shall [insistently] ask her neighbor and any woman who lives in her house, for articles of silver and articles of gold, and clothing; and you shall put them on your sons and daughters. In this way you are to plunder the Egyptians [leaving bondage with great possessions that are rightfully yours].” - Exodus 3:22 AMP Have you ever won a prize before you played the game? They got the goods before they went to the Red Sea. In Exodus 3, God gives Moses the call to lead the Israelites to freedom. God tells Moses I am YAHWEH- I AM WHO I AM * I have surely seen the oppression * I have heard the cry * I know the sorrows * I will deliver them * I will certainly be with you * I have sent you * I will bring you out of affliction to a land flowing with milk and honey * I will strike Egypt * You will not leave empty handed v.21 Sis, I don’t know what battle you are facing right now. Yahweh sees you. He hears your cry. He will deliver you. He is Emmanuel, God with you. You have to understand the call on your life is to fight the good fight of faith. Using the weapons He has provided. And trusting that you will not leave empty handed. He will be with you because He has sent you! FIGHT ON,SIS! Go get your plunder! We win in the end the ultimate reward=JESUS! Thank you for coming to the table. I hope that you have been fed and encouraged by today’s message.
