    Jennifer Colosimo is a 7 Habits® expert as well as senior vice president of Sales where she leads the sales and operations for the U.S. and Canada for FranklinCovey, a global performance improvement firm. She has led teams in operations, human resources, IT, sales, learning and development, and corporate social responsibility while with Accenture, DaVita, FranklinCovey, and several private equity-backed organizations. Her titles have included chief learning officer, COO, EVP, and Vice President of Wisdom.  She co-authored the book Great Work, Great Career with Stephen R. Covey, author of the 40 million bestseller, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and has been a featured keynote speaker and panelist at numerous business, government, and education conferences, speaking on leadership and management, business acumen, strategy execution, culture change, employee engagement, career development and women in leadership. She has delivered onsite training and keynotes to more than 50,000 people across 45 states and 12 countries.  Jennifer’s career has included executive team development and coaching, global operations, leading operations, and finance for a Training Top 125 and Chief Learning Officer Learning Elite recognized corporate university, managing the CSR and sustainability function for a 50,000-person Fortune 200 organization, HR and L&D consulting, and career coaching at all levels. Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and her graduate degree from Purdue University.

    Jeremy Hass is the Co-Founder and President of Stash It Storage, LLC., a Silicon Valley startup revolutionizing the way self-storage is being done. Jeremy comes from a diverse professional background from studying Business Administration and Finance along with holding positions in various industries. Jeremy has worked in the Defense, Aerospace and Technology Industries. Having a strong background in Business and Operations allowed Jeremy to be successful in every role he has been in.   Since starting Stash-It with his partner in 2017, Kurt Winter, Jeremy has learned a great deal about running a business and what challenges many companies face when just starting out. From strategizing a proper GTM strategy to hiring candidates and fundraising, Jeremy has done everything for the business since its inception.  Stash-It allows users that have extra space in their home (such as a garage) to rent it out to others that need storage space.   As a young boy growing up, Jeremy always dreamed of running a business of his own one day. Being the son of a retired USAF Master Sergeant, Jeremy learned the values of leadership and a strong work ethic at a young age as well as through sports. In his free time outside of running Stash-It, Jeremy still tries to hone his skills through learning. He takes online courses in various areas in order to understand every aspect of his business from basic coding skills to leadership and business development. Outside of work, Jeremy is also a martial artist, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as Muay Thai.  Jeremy grew up in Los Angeles, CA, and now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.     April is the founder of media and publishing house Upland Avenue Productions and has successfully launched brands, books, and businesses over the past decade.
