Informative and useful

I love this podcast. As a practicing body worker, I find it super informative and full of useful tips and interesting concepts that give me something to think about.

The only downside is that the volume is very variable. During each podcast there’s a big difference in volume between the introductory music (loud) and Conor’s voice (quiet) and the interviewee’s voice (loud), which can be challenging for the listener.
