My mum passed away on Christmas Eve: Black women and grief
It’s mental health awareness month and in this episode Leanne and Roshan discuss their experiences with grief and how it has impacted their lives. From the burden of pretending to be ok, to the paradox of isolation and support, supporting others in grief and the guilt of moving forward. They also touch on topics such as navigating grief at work and finding a new identity after loss.
