The Vampire Journals

My yearlong depression spiral has led me to binge just about every TVD podcast out there, so sadly, I can consider myself somewhat of an authority on this matter. And I can say with confidence that if you are looking for THE best TVD podcast out there, look no further. Morgan, El, Hannah, and Bridget (and sometimes Shane and Rebecca, when we’re lucky) are hilarious, analytical, and irreverent, treating the show with exactly the level of care it deserves. I wish they were my irl friends, but instead, I settle for secret-repeat-binge-listening to make the days at my toxic workplace - where podcasts are banned - bearable.

As a long time TVD fan, I thought I’d already listened to every TVD podcast. And yet, I somehow hadn’t found the most delightful one?! The hosts are charming, funny, intelligent, and they clearly care for each other, which makes for a great listen. I genuinely wish the episodes were double the length, I could listen to them talk about TVD and/or the ethics of adoption for hours. I highly recommend this podcast.

You all never stay on topic

I listen to this podcast every morning when I get ready for school. It’s the only thing that can get me smiling at 6 am. Would definitely recommend!!
