I’m here to tell you that it’s not only OK to make yourself a priority, but it’s actually absolutely necessary. I know, because I’ve been there. You cannot pour from an empty cup, so do yourself and the people around you a favour, and take care of yourself….Mind, Body and Spirit.

    Feel Whole Again

    Amanda Sallander is a Best-Selling Author, Metaphysical Student and Guide, Certified Master Tantra & Yoga Teacher and Intuitive Coach/Consultant, dedicated to inspiring others to tap into their emotional guidance system and regain their strength and vitality by aligning with source, no matter what type of adversity or challenge they have faced.
