Being Comfortable Being Uncomfortable - Lewis Quinn 008
Recently I have challenged myself to daily ice baths, not just to explore the physical benefits it has to offer, but to practice the art of discipline, which I feel is massively undertrained in todays age.
The benefits from doing something you don't necessarily want to initially do/start usually has the best return in the long run. So shouldn't we take on these challenges?

Today I tried for the very first time hitting the ice bath with Dom, the online PT who practices extreme temperatures do reset his mind and body. Have a look and listen to see how I get on! (Apologies for the off sound midway through, only lasts for 10mins, the SD card got full in the recorder)

The Time I Nearly Died - Lewis Quinn 005
"il start Monday" is an all too familiar phrase I hear all the time. But why do we feel we can throw away days? Our time is limited so if your currently unhappy, why waste another minute not doing anything about it NOW!
It took me a near death experience to realise that our days are numbered so if your unhappy - then action is needed now and not just at the beginning of the week or year!

Setting Your Goal - Lewis Quinn 004
Without a target or a goal in mind of where you want to be or what you want to be achieving, is like walking round a maze blind folded...It's a waste of time and energy when you have no direction on where you want to be!
When you do set a goal, it needs to consist of 4 factors - aim small, miss small!
Also I have been off the grid for a few weeks due to a house move - never again!
