Sabrina podcast is excellent. I recommend to anyone that wants to find freedom from dieting and to live a life unrestricted. She gives you the how to have a healthy relationship with food.

Sabrina recently was a guest on my show The Binge Cure with Dr. Nina and she was FABULOUS. She is articulate, helpful, and gives so much value. The fact that she has been through her own journey means she gets it, and knows what it feels like to struggle in addition to knowing the way out. I highly recommend her podcast to anyone searching for a way to stop the food madness and live freely and fully!

Listening to Sabrina is like hanging out at a cafe with a good friend who is supportive and non-judgmental about you and your journey with food (while actually eating the coffee cake without guilt).
