Jerred Moon is a humble but persistent fitness enabler. Meaning, he pursues the truth via professionals in their respective fields. He’s not afraid to tell anyone he doesn’t know something, but we always benefit from his ignorance when allowing the professionals he usually hosts on this podcast speak in depth on the subjects and questions asked during everyone of these episodes.
