So much value

Great information and guests, and I love their mission to change the industry and how humans move and think about movement. As a mom, trainer, instructor and life-long athlete, this all resonates with me. Thank you.

Life Changing

Kelly and Juliet changed my life. We’ve never met, but I feel like they know me like a best friend. They know my joys, fears, desires and goals. They understand that fear of injury or illness keeps me up at night. What separates them from the pack is that they understand perfectionism paralysis and strive to help us manage our fears through solid, bite size, attainable goals and strategies. THANK YOU

Movement and Position Expert

I have recently been listening to this podcast, watching The Ready State YouTube, and I just ordered Kelly Starrett’s book Becoming A Supple Leopard. The Ready State helped me a lot with recovering from an ankle injury from basketball. The injury was bad and was affecting my knee also, but after watching a few videos, my condition was dramatically improved. Thanks for everything Kelly!
