Dr. Todd Sanders joins Todd and Andy to discuss that state of student ministry and a few key principles for keeping student ministry Gospel-focused.

The church, not OBU or seminaries, are responsible for calling out those who are called to ministry and providing valuable training. Todd and Andy discuss valuable principles of the Ministry Pipeline with Dr. Heath Tucker.

Jesus invested three years training twelve men to carry out the Gospel mission around the world. Churches can easily lose sight of the benefit (and necessity) of long-term, comprehensive discipleship. Dr. Michael Staton, pastor of First Baptist Church Mustang, shares with Todd and Andy the two-year process they use in developing men in the church for ministry.

Mobilizing the people of God to fulfill the Great Commission is the heart of every pastor. It also may be the most difficult pastoral task! Former President of the IMB and pastor emeritus of First Southern Del City Dr. Tom Elliff join Todd and Andy to examine how pastors motivate and mobilize the church for Great Commission work.

Preaching is not the platform for a comedy show. However, that does not mean there is no place for humor in our preaching. Jesus certainly used humor in his teaching. Todd and Andy are joined by Nick Garland, retired pastor of First Baptist Church Broken Arrow and former President of Oklahoma Baptists, to talk about preaching and humor.

Every church needs assistance at some point in its lifecycle. Oklahoma Baptists desire to strengthen churches that they might fulfill the Great Commission. Today on Feeding and Leading, Chad Balthrop and Griff Henderson share how the Church Strengthening Initiative, or CSI, can help churches to continue the drive toward mission fulfillment.
