Feeling Blue

The first episode went into Blues shopping addiction and the emotions she feels. What she described was spot on for me! Some may not understand, but others who go through that same thought process and get that moment of relief when hitting “purchase”, it’s very addictive and an endless cycle when you’re upset later about the money you spent. I look forward to more episodes and advice in her journey.
