    In this episode, Cassidy tells a story about the "inventor" of Wi-Fi. Hedy Lamarr was not what you would picture as the studious inventor that she was...instead a beautiful actress who almost left her dream of inventing all behind. After years of acting, she would eventually co-invent an early version of frequency-hopping spectrum communication, which was originally intended to help the military.     In today’s episode, Cassidy tells us about the amazing life of Mae Jemison - the first black woman to travel into space! Mae had a dream to be an astronaut at a young age, and she made it happen. However, there is so much more to her life story. She had many talents and interests throughout her life and did so many inspiring things along the way.

    In this episode, Megan tells us about the coolest climate change activist - Greta Thunberg. At age 16, Greta has done more for climate change than most politicians. She has gone through so much at a young age, and we can all learn something from her - like how we can stand up and make a difference.     In this Episode, we dive into the life of one of Cassidy’s favorite American celebrities - Gabrielle Union. Cassidy thought she knew all there was to know about the actress, however after her research, she realized she was wrong. Gabrielle Union is such an open person about her life experiences - and we could all use a lesson in life from her. We all know her from the hit film ‘Bring It On’ (a 2000’s classic), but she didn’t start out wanting to pursue acting at all. Listen up to hear all about her experiences with her career, dating life and some tough times, and some real (not so good) accents from yours truly.

    In this episode, Megan will tell us about the lives of Marie Curie and Alyssa Carson. Marie Curie is the first and only woman to this date to win two Nobel Peace Prizes in two different sciences. She has a great story, and if you like science, this is the one for you! Not only are we talking about Marie Curie, we are also bringing it to the present time to speak about Alyssa Carson. Alyssa Carson is the world’s youngest astronaut-in-training. These women both share the love of sciences, from completely different generations. We hope you enjoy!
