This is really interesting stuff! A longstanding question in K-12 HR has been how to use data captured in employee absence reporting systems to motivate better employee attendance. By sharing key data with school principals, linking reduced teacher absence with cost savings and new educational resources, and introducing a game element, this district models powerful use of operational data.
