04:59 The “yield curve” is defined.

07:55 Where can you get 4.5% interest in a safe investment in three months? Randy reveals! (hint: treasurydirect.gov)

15:56 While rates are higher now than they’ve been for CDs, are there disadvantages to investing in CDs?

17:25 Lance explains self-directed IRAs and elaborates on the pros and cons.

20:06 Randy expands on the benefits of self-directed IRAs.

    Brief overview of this episode:

Great Content

Excellent content! I listen frequently to Lance Edwards on how to invest in small apartments. He’s the best on this topic bar none. We’re investing in off-campus housing outside of our state.

Pdmasondecreme ,

Thank you.

I love listening to these conversations. Randy and I haven’t spoken in about 14 years, so this is a genuine review.... As a very young man, I worked for Randy. Fifteen years later, I’ve run my own business for almost a decade & I use the tools I learned working with him (including when he rightfully fired me) every day. It makes me happy to have a great way to continue to learn from him and his wonderful cohost.

I am not in the same industry AT ALL as these gentlemen, but the lessons that they have been presenting are not super-focused on a particular industry... so don’t skip out on this if it doesn’t seem hyper-focused on your industry.

These gentlemen are the real deal. Get your ear-balls filled with wisdom & experience.
