To Update yourself in google:

1. Open  https://www.google.com
2. Search any Keyword you need to update --> eg: Hacking
3. Select Tools -> Any Time -> change to " Past hour"

To Know who's using your Identity:

1. Open  -> https://www.google.co.in/alerts#
2. Type Content like "Your name / Moile Number " in Create an alert about
3. click -> create alert
