    I just turned 25 and has some realizations and wanted to talk about them with you! Hi! My name is Aisha and this podcast is all about finding your freedom in your life, feeling like you can be your most authentic self is essential for growth and being aligned with your purpose. In this episode i talk about feeling freedom from some of my personal trauma and feel like I am not as inclined to people please and depend on others for my choices.     Working on the Self in Adulthood and Q&A

    In this episode, i dive into some reflections of habits and skills i'd like to continue to work on and grow into as i get older on this journey through adulthood. There is definitely lots of growth for me this year and as i head into another year of my own life, I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to build a space and a community that can be surrounded by us sharing our experiences to grow, feel less alone and build connection.     I just moved across the country... now what?

    WOW it has been months!! So sorry about the hiatus, I am so glad to be back for your Freedom Friday's, to bring you inspiration, personal challenged and overcoming obstacles to both inspire you and help you feel less alone. As i get back into recording, i think I messed up the audio a little bit on this episode so don't mind that hehe! In this episode I talk about moving across the country to start a new life and routine and what that's like on a personal level right now. I also talk about burnout, personal struggles with work and goals for the rest of the year and some future things i am working on:) This podcast is for the people who are looking to discover more about themselves and for those who are curious!!! Curious about what its like to be taking financial risks, changing careers, obstacles in relationships, travelling, etc. Thank you so much for supporting me and my personal journey.
