A Woman A Daughter A Sister A Friend A Christian I Am Joy ^.^ I Am Not My Diagnosis I Am Beautiful Just The Way I Am My podcasts provide a first-hand experience of what it is like being a single African American woman who was diagnosed with schizophrenia at the age of 21. Six years later and I am overcoming hurdles every day. Despite these hurdles, I am understanding what works for me and what does not work for me. Within these podcasts, I am providing my first-hand experience of what it is like living with schizophrenia, how I cope and how I find joy through it all.
