This brother/sister duo covers the story of their Grandfather’s mysterious past and Ashley’s 13-year journey to uncover the truth. The banter between the siblings makes this very entertaining and enjoyable. Luke serves as as the audience asking questions about the genealogy techniques and keeping both stories on track. Ashley does a fantastic job recounting her research process, the ups and downs of genealogical research, and her conclusions. The siblings’ excitement about the discoveries is contagious. I especially appreciated the way Luke and Ashley acknowledged the complicated nature of Grandpa Luke’s story. They showed compassion and empathy while explaining the ways Luke’s decisions caused pain. I highly recommend this bingable podcast to anyone who is interested with true crime, mysteries, and family legends. Well done!!

I’m related to the creators of this podcast, and saw as Ashley worked on this mystery for the last ~13 years. I’m so proud of everyone involved for making this, and I think it’s an amazing story! I may be a little biased, but you should give it a listen.
