Let’s help Sabih with workplace bullying!

Sabih is being bullied by his senior at his work, we have suggested simple steps to help him in the situation. Before anything, remember, it is Not your fault. It is not about your work ability, it is about power and control. 1- Document evidences. 2- Report to higher authority. 3- Confront the bully, Don’t forget to be calm and polite, because you are a better person. 4- Review work policy. 5- Seek legal advice. 6- Reach out to family, friend, and co-workers. Don’t forget Baji is here to hear you out and explore different means to help you cope.

Helping Sarah to settle into her new school.

Yes, it is a challenge for ages to settle in the new environment. We all go through this fear, the good news is it’s normal and Baji has tips for you to settle in quickly! 🎉🙌🏻 1- Have a positive attitude; you can do it! 💪 2- Look forward to all the new experiences and great people you will be meeting. 3- Make new friends; don’t isolate yourself. 4- Speak to you Parents; let them know how you are feeling, they will surely be with you to support you getting through this. 5- Speak to your teacher; share your concerns, ask for help. They surely will guide you and help you find your way. Remember! You can always speak to Baji! Because I am here to hear you out !
