    119. You Don't Need Anyone's Permission ❤️‍🔥

    My husband was in the room while I was re-listening to this episode before uploading and he said that he loved it so much and it made him emotional.     118. It's Time To Choose Your Hard!

    I don't have time. I'll start Monday. I'm too tired. Sound familiar? These are the excuses that feel completely legitimate because there's just enough truth in them to make them stick. BUT they are consistently standing between you and the progress you keep saying you want. This episode is a direct, no-sugar-coated conversation about the excuses we all make and why fighting for them means we get to keep them. We go through the three most common ones, dismantle them, and then I give you a practical strategy for making the right choice so small and so easy that the excuse can't survive it. This isn't about being harder on yourself!!! It's about being honest with yourself. And choosing the hard that actually moves you forward. "When you fight for your excuses, you get to keep them."     117. Wake Up & Decide!!

    Have you ever spent days trying to figure out why you did something only to end up feeling worse than when you started? The anxious spiral that never resolves. The overeating loop where searching for the reason only leads to more overeating. The procrastination rabbit hole that changes nothing. In this episode, we talk about a different approach. One that isn't about suppressing your feelings or pretending everything is fine, but about recognizing when the why search is keeping you stuck, and choosing to align your actions with who you want to be instead. This is a personal one. It draws on real experience with anxiety, overthinking, and the moment everything shifted. Not even because of a breakthrough insight, but because of a simple decision. Just decide. And see what follows! Your Challenge From This Episode Today, just for one day, try this: Every time a negative thought, anxious spiral, or why question shows up just notice it.Say to yourself: 'No!!! Not today. That's not where I'm putting my attention.'Redirect to what you're actually wanting and who you're choosing to be right now.Don't analyze the thought at all!!! Don't follow it. Don't try to fix it. Just redirect.At the end of the day, notice what happened. Notice how much energy you reclaimed.
