    Ep 16 - Why Literacy in Fine Arts Classes?

    Ever have an admin ask you to incorporate more literacy in your fine arts class? Ever feel like you could be doing more to help influence the young minds beyond the normal role of a fine arts teacher? I also go through the process of using AI - ChatGPT (who I call CHAD for brevity) to create customized reading material, questions, modify the reading level, and to create vocabulary that is relevant not only to the article I create, but my actual fine arts class. Austin State University where he was a student of Fred J. Allen and earned his Master of Music- Conducting at Sam Houston State University where he was a student of Matthew McInturf. Before beginning his music education career, Nick graduated from Texas A&M University where he was a member and Drum Major of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Band, and then graduated from South Texas College of Law with his law degree. Nick enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with teachers and administrators.
