The Camcast Ep: 1 You’re Not Special....yet
Oh no Andrew is MIA! No worries ya boy Cam is still here to drop some knowledge. There comes a time in life when you are able to reflect on your upbringing and see how it shaped you into who you are; some in good ways and some....not so good. Cam dives into a few things he was taught as a kid that may have held him back in discipline and, self-awareness and realizing his strengths. This is a good one for you parents out there, although Cam is not a parent or even close to it he was recently a kid and is seeing how a parents love for a kid may protect them too much and hold them back. Cam also talks about the rare struggle it is for him to celebrate his birthday, do we really deserve to have a day to celebrate ourselves?

I’m not quite up to date with all episodes, but I really enjoying listening to this podcast on my way to work. It’s nice to hear two motivating individuals that keep you accountable and focused in all facets of life, not just fitness. Keep up the positive messages!
I’m FIRED up
Started this podcast because i worked with Cam at Orangetheory, and knew Andrew from there, and wanted to support them. But, it’s fired me up in such a way that there’s no words. I’ve been in and out of fitness for the last few years and the last 3 months have been totally off. Recently, I went to listen to some earlier episodes about setting goals and thinking of the 3 things more productive you could do rather than going to the gym and it truly re-ignited something in me. I haven’t felt this way in a while, so thanks guys! Y’all are the bomb! 10/10 would recommend (and often do!)
