I was told by my dad that Dennis Prager has very rational and moderate in his approach
to difficult topics. I’ve now listened to a number of his episodes. He does a very good job at conveying his viewpoints. And if you’re Christian, he’s your defender.
He’s embedded deep in the maga identity. And I assume most people who give him a five star have assumed that same identity. It’s identity, politics end to end.
People need to seek diversity of view points. It’s the only way to create deeper understanding and compassion in the world. The irony is if you live in a Dennis Prager mindset, then compassion is pretend. Where serving God is conflated with compassion. For Prager and his followers, compassion is only deserved if you share his beliefs. But if you don’t, you’re immoral and un-American.
It’s people like Dennis Prager that have caused me to question the noble pursuits of Christianity altogether.
