Abandoning "Value" and Figuring Out Who You Are Online - Blog Post Omnibus

Welcome back to Fireside. Today’s episode is a blog post omnibus, where I share the blog posts that I’ve published the previous month. In this episode, I cover three blog posts written in January and February, talking about some behind-the-scenes from my rebrand, embodying more than what is portrayed online, and the relief of not having to be a leader in my online space.

Hello and welcome back to Fireside. Today I’m beginning to share what it’s like to work within my Finish With Confidence programme, and in these episodes I’ll take a deeper dive into some of the things asked by the last cohort, and, of course, my responses. Today we’re covering those unhelpful patterns and cycles you begin to notice within yourself  that hold you up, or hold you back.

How To Find Your Secret Sauce (Or Not)

How To Find Your Secret Sauce (Or Not)

Hello and welcome back to Fireside. Today I’m going to be talking about something that has stirred a lot of thinking in me: secret sauce. What I mean by this is the ‘thing’ that makes us successful online, and particularly on that app we can’t help but love-hate: Instagram.

    The Big Overwhelming New Thing

    The Big Overwhelming New Thing

Hello and welcome back to Fireside. Today is a topic prompts very much a ‘been there, know that’ feeling for me, because if there’s one thing I’ve always done, it start big, new, overwhelming things. Whilst that is part of the fun of it, there are a few ways in which you can approach your redirection to make it easier, and more attainable. That’s what I’m talking about in today’s episode.

Getting Curious About How You Feel (About Goals)

Hello, and welcome to Season 2 of Fireside. I’m back a little earlier than expected due to a very interesting January-themed question that I received, and it’s all to do with goal setting - or the lack thereof! In this episode I talk why I personally enjoy goal setting, why you may NOT feel the need to set goals (or not in the New Year sense, anyway) and about getting curious about what you actually need and feel.

I love this podcast so much.

I only just discovered this podcast a week or so ago, but wow, I subscribed right away. I’m absolutely in love with it. Kayte is a truly brilliant writer and speaker. Sometimes listening to this is like listening to beautiful poetry, or reading a classy novel or something. It’s ALWAYS real, honest, and empowering. True, soul speaking value in every episode that I’ve listening to so far. The episode about finding fulfillment and the episode about pivoting- really like they were speaking to me. So excited to be able to listen to all the episodes I’ve missed out on, and looking forward to many more!

Always brings me peace and comfort

Kayte is intelligent, sweet, vulnerable and incredibly introspective when it comes to coaching and in life. I love the sound of her voice too, it brings me a sense of calm when things are chaotic. Thank you for continuing to offer us your sweet podcast!

Just What I Need

I feel a kinship with Kayte—like, given the chance, we could sit down for a hot drink and talk for hours. She so often articulates thoughts that I’ve only had as vague feelings, putting words to ideas I might have taken months or years to come around to on my own. In her quiet and thoughtful way, she’s radical in her attitudes toward work and life, challenging listeners to question assumptions and expectations about the way we earn our livings and spend our time.

It’s a privilege to have such a wise voice in my ear on a regular basis. You can hear the smile in her voice and the calm of her demeanor as she consistently delivers insightful and engaging episodes.
