Kim is the queen! She is fierce, funny and smart as a whip. Kim embodies what it means to be a life coach, by offering so much more than diet & workout tips. Whether you’re a gym junkie or just beginning a health journey. She helps you see that living an all around better lifestyle is not only attainable but something to strive for.

Regardless if your age, Kim is the tough love friend you need to kick your butt into gear. She said something recently that resonated with me “No is a complete sentence!” You don’t have to explain your boundaries or justify them to others. Let that sink in! 5 stars always ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I'm almost 60 and have spent probably 50 years worrying about my weight. I just listened to one of Kim's podcasts and loved her advice and outlook! I wish I could've heard this years ago, but looking forward to listening to more and changing my own attitude 💕
