Thanks for the podcast

Hey Dave, was searching for something to get me out of a slump after letting myself go after 40. I gained about 50 lbs and i know i need to get something about it and i loss that movitcation after work. I need to follow what i preach at work, im in the medical field I just started listening your first Podcast and looking forward to reading your book and listening to your episodes.
