Educational and funny

I’ve follow Beth for years after learning why sit ups were hurting me more than strengthening my core muscles. Glad to say it’s been years and I’m still healing (after more babies:food allergies) and with her podcast I’m laughing and learning to apply what she shares. Refreshing and honest.
