It aids in brain health, athletic performance, muscle health, bone health, sleep quality, and mood. And these are facts that have been proven over and over by legitimate scientific studies.
Don't get hung up on the brand. Just look for a label that says creatine monohydrate. I highly recommend this product not just for performance but also for longevity, optimizing aging, and protecting health through the lifecycle.

Katie220 ,

So relatable

I met Kelly probably 5 years ago (give or take). As a massage therapist I am used to hearing stories about people’s lives and sometimes being an ear or offering encouraging words. Kelly was not that person. I’m not sure who helped who, and I looked forward to seeing her on my schedule b/c of our conversations. I’m so glad I happened to find her here, and so proud that she is doing exactly what she said she would do 5 years ago.
