Atlanta traffic and pit reporter Doug "Fireball" Turnbull, WSB Radio Host Eric Von Haessler, and championship-winning mechanic Dan Elliott go long form on five big stories in the racing world each week, along with tales from the garage and the grandstands from over the years.
Episode 124: New winners, local yellows, and the killer instinct
Doug, Dan, and Eric gather again to marvel at Christopher Bell's and Ty Gibbs' clutch race wins, the action-packed tripleheader Daytona Road Course weekend, what NASCAR could do better with the yellow flag, and what Ryan Blaney just might seem to lack.
Episode 123: The Superspeedway quandary and Earnhardt's prank on Dan
The full crew is back to break down a mostly disappointing Daytona 500 and some of the problems that make the pack either ride or wreck. They also talk about racing underdogs, the optimism of road courses, and driving a stick shift. Dan also remembers some charity and mischief of the late Dale Earnhardt.
Episode 122: Clash praise and remembering Dale Sr.
Doug and Eric give their thumbs up to Tuesday night's Busch Clash and preview the Daytona 500. They also heavily reminisce on Dale Earnhardt, 20 years after his death, and the impact he had on NASCAR. They also discuss another seven-time champion returning to the track for a record-breaking 8th crown.
Episode 121: Outlook 2021, newspapers, TV, the old days, cartoons
Eric Von Haessler joins Doug to give his outlook as a fan on 2021 - both stories and drivers. The duo also discusses relating to casual fans, Chase Elliott in other series, and the new car. Cartoonist Mike Smith then joins to talk about drawing the sport and encountering the Busch brothers.
Five to Go Episode 120: 2020's top five stories
Dan and Doug return for the new year with the tough task of ranking the huge stories from the 2020 NASCAR season...and some honorable mentions. They also issue their own executive orders for the sport.
Episode 119: Chase champion, the new car, and surviving the 'rona
Doug, Eric, and Dan break down the season-ending Phoenix race weekend and Chase Elliott's run to victory. They also dive deep on the development of the new car and what it means for small teams and its likeness to V8 Supercars. The guys also talk about the sport navigating COVID-19 in 2020 and again in 2021.

Best NASCAR podcast
Hands down my favorite NASCAR podcast out there!
This IS the NASCAR podcast. I love the content and how they give their true opinions on many subjects. I love their knowledge and passion for the sport. They also get straight to the point. I don’t have to keep hitting that skip 15 sec ahead button past the 15 mins mark to get to the topics
