    14: Wild When Wet (Gremlins)

    This week on flicnit, we kick things off by arguing about what we’ve been watching lately—hot takes are exchanged, feelings are hurt, and no one fully agrees. Then we unleash Gremlins, a movie that starts as a cozy Christmas gift story and immediately spirals into full-blown creature chaos. We dig into Joe Dante’s direction, the strange production history behind the film, and the wild lore that turns a fuzzy little mogwai into a town-leveling problem.
