    Lizzy’s Story

    Lizzy is a stand-up comic, sober mum & all round incredible human. Her inspirational story about how she got through a marriage breakdown soon after moving to the UK from the US, is humbling. Lizzy also talks about the loss of a child and single motherhood, all whist being in sobriety. Lizzy’s charisma and tenacity is so evident throughout, and her selflessness, even during the darkest of days is hugely inspiring. She gives so much to other women on the journey as she walks through life. She is a special person and I think you are going to love her as much as I do.     Nick’s story

    Nick has been through the care system, prison system and has suffered through addiction. He was smuggled out of Algeria as a child and had to find his way in the UK. From boarding schools to young offenders, Nick has lived an extraordinary life. He has turned all of this around and has given back in so many ways. He is now the director of a rehabilitation centre in Bali. He provides a safe and supported environment for people making the difficult transition from drug and Alcohol addiction, post rehab or in the early days of their recovery journey.     Junior’s story

    This is an inspiring story of transformation from a man that was left on a children’s home at just 3 years old. Junior talks about his experience of high level trauma and his long battle with drug addiction. He also shares about his journey being in children’s homes, secure units and the prison system. Junior has been there and lived on the margins of society. Not anymore, he is now in long term recovery, recently a father again and is giving back by offering safe housing and therapeutic support to others. His lived experience and his impeccable knowledge of trauma and addiction, and the steps to healing is changing countless of lives.     Liz’ story

    Liz’s story - Liz’s inspirational story is about her experiencing high levels of trauma, through being sexually exploited at young age, which in turn led her to working in the sex industry. Liz shares her experience of trying to get into recovery, after being addicted to heroin & crack After numerous prison sentences, Liz has completely transformed her life and is now in long term recovery. Liz lives and breathes the healthy mind, body and soul ethos. Liz also supports others battling addiction and mental health and advocates for them. Liz is currently running an online program empowering women to achieve their career goals. Recently divorced and a single mum, Liz’s resilience and positive attitude to life is absolutely inspiring.

    Tirzah’s Story

    Tirzah talks about growing up in South East london and how his life turned from using party drugs and having fun to being addicted to drugs, which led him spending time in Her majesty prison system. Tirzah talks about how he managed to turn his life around and is now giving back to the very same establishment that helped him get long term recovery. This is an inspiring heartfelt story of a man overcoming his battle with addiction and everything else that comes with it.     Natalie Story

    Natalie was the victim of sexual abuse and rape at a young age, along with an absent father this sent her on a path of complete self-destruct. This led to domestic abuse, substance abuse, prisons, suicide attempts and utter chaos. At 22, just out of prison and finding herself pregnant it would send her on a healing journey. To say the story ended there would be an understatement. Her journey to healing has not always been easy and has been paved with many more painful experiences and toxic relationships. Despite it all she was determined to heal and learn how to fiercely love herself. She now works with pregnant teens,teens in abusive relationships and delivers domestic abuse recovery courses. She is also a Self-esteem and relationship coach teaching others to heal from their past and stand in their power.

    Frankie’s Story

    Frankie’s inspirational story is about him trying to navigate his way through life, whilst battling his drug addiction, being street homeless and after numerous prison sentences and admissions to several rehabs, Frankie finally found his way in life. Frankie talks about being a qualified counsellor and being outreach worker to being a founding member of a company and Art dealer. Frankie who has just celebrated 18 years clean now lives in North Somerset with his wife & dog . This is an amazing transformation story, one that shows that change is possible.
