    I took last week off from recording to fully process everything that happened. My partner and I experienced an extremely eye-opening situation and I am so grateful to still be here sharing this. In this episode, discover all of the real truths about this dark, but very real industry. Plus all of the ways in which we may stay aware, use our discernment, spread awareness, and avoid the dangerous situations associated with human trafficking. These are questions that we should all be asking right about now (in my humble opinion).  What transformative times we are currently undergoing, it can sometimes feel challenging, lonely, or uncertain.     Ep.7 ~ Pro vs. Anti "Jab" ~ Taking Charge of our Health (everything that needs to be talked about right now)

    Right now more than ever, we must not take part in the division and instead, unify as one. We must tap into our intuition, discovering what is in our highest alignment, and using discernment to know what is not. We must remember that love is the only solution, regardless of what ones personal, medical decisions are. We are all awakening to what is organic and inorganic, and all is becoming clear in regards to the narrative that is being played out and sold to the entire world. Let us not participate in the enslavement of humanity and remember that our sovereignty and health are some of our greatest gifts within this lifetime!

    Ep.5 ~ Staying Healthy While Traveling

    What a time to be alive! To have the freedom and ability to travel wherever our heart desires, is so incredible. Traveling is usually filled with new experiences, people, and food! A big one for me being, FOOD! This is honestly one of my favorite parts of traveling, trying new places to eat and local recommendations. I have noticed throughout my journey that it was sometimes quite challenging to stick to my food values as well as eating in alignment. This was usually due to excuses such as a lack of time, or just wanting to indulge and satisfy the cravings.
