Join us as we share stories of mental health experiences with young people from around Scotland. Each episode, we will have a new guest on to talk about mental health covering topics such as trauma, coping mechanisms, stigma and getting help. Our guests will be primarily young people, but we will also feature industry professionals with relevant experience. Our message is simple: You are not alone, and together we can make a difference.
