#1: Why do you get in emasculating relationships and what to do about it?
We don't "happen" to keep meeting people who end up emasculating us. It starts from within and learned childhood patterns that we bring into our adult relationships.
If we want to change it, we have to look at who we're picking and why we're doing it. Let's look at that today.

All points are on point!
Absolutely phenomenal episode! Wow!
Love the content, need more consistency tho
I love the idea of this platform as I feel it is much needed. I’ve listened to the Host other podcast and I’ve found a lot of good stuff in it, so having a podcast dedicated to men is even better for me as man. However, there’s only been 2 episodes over the last year and would love a consistent episode drop even if it’s every 2 weeks as I feel this is very much needed. Especially considering that men’s mental health is put to the wayside due to the notion of “man up” or “men aren’t emotional” that is perpetuated by society.

Shena was on target with all the major points. She broke down some concepts that helped me consciously understand some of my evolutionary process as a man.
