Awesome!!

My favorite episode so far has been the one about accupuncture - which has totally convinced me to finally get over my fear of needles and try it out! But all the episodes I've listened to are such a great mix of spirituality, wellness, and realness. Alex and Aj have so much great information and wonderful anecdotes to listen to. It's easy to listen to and they consider many sides to every topic brought up. Love it!

1st episode in and...

I’m 1 episode in and I love the specificity of the show. It’s not just “how do you deal with anxiety?”, it gets into the nitty gritty of how one deals with specific circumstances of anxiety around the friendships in your life and your personal expectations around those particular relationships while strengthening and trusting your intuition. For me this was crucial.
While the podcast is in its infancy, it shows heavy promise.
Aj and Alex have a genuine way of speaking and that shines through.
I look forward to the next 5 episodes.
*Alex’s website is a solid extension of the podcast. I found the show notes hugely helpful.
