    Why You Don't Need a Big Life to Have a Good One

    In today's episode, we are reflecting on the thoughts that can come up in the quieter moments in life. There sometimes seem to be this pressure to live a really big life when you don't have kids. Be constantly traveling or off on some grand adventure. But that's just not reality. We have PTO and budget constraints. So in this episode we are reflecting on those feelings.

    Supporting Your Friends Dealing with Infertility

    In this episode, we are sharing some of the things that are commonly said to people experiencing infertility or that are childless not by choice. While these words might come from a good place, they end up not being helpful and can even be harmful in some cases. We understand that a lot of this comes from not knowing what else to say, but that's where we come in. The goal here is to educate what can really be going through someone's head when they hear things like "don't give up hope" or "I know this person who was told they couldn't have kids but now they do."

We brought a new cat into our lives and unfortunately said goodbye to our amazing Great Dane, Sansa. We traveled to Calgary for the Flames home opener and found new directions in our lives.
