    PSYCHICS, TAROT, REIKI, SHADOW WORK: Practices I No Longer Do As A Reborn Christian (Part 2)

    In this episode, I dive into my personal journey from New Age practices to the unwavering truth I’ve found in my Christian faith. In this Part 2 of Practices I No Longer Do As A Reborn Christina, I discuss Mediumship, Tarot readings, Reiki healing, Shadow work, and how I initially believed these paths could bring me healing, clarity, and self-growth. We unpack the origins, definitions, and step-by-step processes behind each practice—offering a unique, insider perspective on what lures so many people in. In addition to how these practices never fulfill the deeper spiritual needs they claim to address. Instead, they personally led me to a relentless cycle of “self-improvement,” comparison, and dissatisfaction. Praise be to God because he opened my eyes and convicted my heart, helping me realize that these methods were counterfeits of the true peace and purpose God offers. We also take a hard look at the difference between subjective truth—each person’s “truth” being unique to them—and the objective, unchanging truth of the Bible. I discuss how this belief in “my truth” can keep us stuck in cycles of spiritual confusion and constant searching. I also explore the insidious nature of the spirit of comparison that arises from these practices and philosophies, constantly leaving me questioning, “Why not me?” This endless chase for “alignment” or “manifestation” trapped me in a self-focused loop, always trying to achieve the next level of spiritual growth or enlightenment that never landed. This journey also taught me that seeking the best version of myself is only possible when I seek it through God’s guidance, not through spiritual fads or trends that lack real substance. This episode is both a personal reflection and a warning for those who may be dabbling in or deeply involved in New Age practices.     ASTROLOGY + YOGA: Practices I No Longer Do As A Reborn Christian (Part One)

    In this episode, I’m sharing the practices and beliefs I’ve left behind as I stepped into my journey as a new Christian. From yoga and astrology to manifestations and the law of attraction, I’ll discuss how each of these drew me into self-centered spirituality rather than a relationship with God. We’ll dive into New Ageism as a pantheistic belief system, where the “Universe” is often seen as a replacement for God, and why I came to realize that these practices were keeping me distant from the true peace I now find in Christ. I’ll also explain the struggle of discerning between personal “truth” and God’s eternal truth, and how I stopped making excuses for these practices once I began to study the Bible. For anyone who’s felt torn or confused about their spiritual path, I’ll provide insights on the importance of seeking Godly wisdom over self-made beliefs, and why building a relationship with God is more meaningful than following trends in spirituality. Together, we’ll reflect on the power of God’s Word, the meaning of sin as separation from God, and the role of caution in protecting our hearts from self-righteous practices. I’ll close with a prayer for guidance, asking God to help us draw closer to Him as we discern His truth.

    Finding True Purpose: From New Age Deception to a Life Surrendered to Christ I'm so thrilled to be back everyone with some insightful and empowering conversations that bring you along the journey of my faith this past year of 2024---I know it's been hot minute since we've came on here and I'm so glad to be inching my way back in to sharing what God has planted in my heart to express. This episode is definitely more of a deep dive into the updates of the inner work God has been doing within me behind the scenes. It's also a massive wake up call about how this calling has shifted my outlook on the world around me. I can only hope throughout the remaining of this show, I continue to spread the light of Jesus in how he saved me and brought me to the truth so His light can shine upon you to be drawn toward Him as well.     I Heard God's Voice & He Told Me This...

    Welcome back friends to one of the most revolutionary episodes I've possibly ever made on the podcast. Have you ever wondered what God's voice sounds like?
