    My First Experience With The Wim Hof Method

    In this episode It's a bit different, I talk about my first day doing Wim Hof's 10 week course. Wim Hof Is nicknamed The Iceman because of all the crazy things he's done in very cold situations, like staying in an ice bath for over 1 hour 52 minutes and swimming under ice for 57.5 metres. The man is amazing, I only just discovered him yesterday and just like me I always jump feet first into everything and decided to do his 10 week course. This is what I think after the first day!
