Minimizing Social Media Use

I don't know about you, but I all of a sudden have an abundance of time on my hands! The only problem is, I'm spending too much time of that time focusing on a device IN my hands, and not on those hobbies and activities I've always wanted to do but never had the time to start. In the past, I've taken several social media breaks. While deleting Snapchat and disabling my Twitter account wasn't the easiest thing to do, over time I learned just how much of my day was being spent on my phone. Those 5 minute Instagram scroll breaks really add up! So how do you combat FOMO? This episode has several tips on where to begin.
