Just what I need
This podcast is exactly what I need during these troubled times. As a millennial social worker, it’s so refreshing to hear other therapists my age discuss Bad Therapists™️, charlatans, body image and food issues in the midst of COVID-19 and which DCOM is the best (mine is The Color of Friendship). I felt my anxiety go down significantly after the episode re: body image and COVID-19. My new fave podcast!
